Athens Area Habitat for Humanity’s 85th Home Dedication
Athens Area Habitat couldn’t be more thrilled to announce the dedication of our 85th Habitat home to Sonya Fears!
On Friday, February 17th at 5:30pm, at 180 Stonehenge Way, Athens Area Habitat for Humanity and the Athens community came together to present Sonya Fears with her new home.
The home was built by and for Sonya Fears and her family through their hard work and dedication. The Fears family joined by Athens Habitat, community volunteers and sponsors celebrated this exciting new chapter in their lives. We at Athens Habitat are overjoyed with this dedication because it allows for our mission of bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope the ability to continue.
We are very proud of this event and thank everyone who was there.
Additionally, we want to give a huge “thank you” to everyone who supported, sponsored, and volunteered throughout this journey.
